The fee Andrew Tepolt charges for is the action of setting up a website in a server and builder owned by another entity.  Andrew Tepolt does not own the website or server.

The hosting cost for the server and builder are free as of the date of sale.  The decision to continue the free hosting is up to the hosting company, and not the decision of Andrew Tepolt.

The buying and redirection of the domain name is included in the initial cost of the website set up service and is good for 2 years, however any renewal costs will be the responsibility of the client.

​

The Basic service will allow a reasonable amount of updates and changes such as verbiage or adding/removal of a limited amount of pictures or links, but does not include major changes like adding pages, payment options, forms, widgets, or extensive revisions.

The client has the option of taking over the website and email entirely, and has the option to purchase the domain name at fair market value from Andrew Tepolt.

If the client attempts to make changes and creates errors, then the contract is void and Andrew Tepolt is not responsible for fixing the issues.  If the client wants the issues fixed he can receive a quote from Andrew Tepolt and this will be considered a new contract.

The websites Andrew Tepolt sets up are informative websites.  The client understands that Andrew Tepolt is limited to the web hosts widget, template, and form capabilities and cannot provide service beyond that.
